iCabbi Training Expertise
We have an iCabbi Taxi Agent training program, specific to the details oriented with efficiently taking calls through the iCabbie Dispatch System. Our IT team opens support tickets directly with iCabbi and the Account Managers can be SuperUsers and self manage logins if needed.
Quality agents listen to calls through DiSC for each agent weekly and monitor Average Handle Time (AHT) for each agent.
Supervisors & Account Managers Included
We also offer our own 24/7 iCabbi call center supervisor support for any of our clients & offer taxi account managers (with years of experience providing call center support to taxi companies) who you’ll work with, no extra cost to you.
