Visit the Pac Biz office in Dumaguete as a Business Expense

GROWING LOCALLY BY WORKING GLOBALLY

The world has gone global, and Pac Biz has developed great business relationships with clients around the world without ever meeting in person. Sometimes though, existing clients and companies researching what call centers and BPOs they might want to work with, want to come out and meet everyone in person.

There are a lot of reasons to schedule a visit to the two Pac Biz offices in Dumaguete, Philippines, but here are the top 5 reasons to plan a trip.

MEET WITH KEY MANAGERS & DIRECTORS

Come out and meet in person with your account manager, the supervisors and quality team that works directly with your agents, and meet the frontline staff deliver our high quality customer service day after day.

We invest in great video conferencing technology like Google for Business but sometimes, face to face interaction can go a long way in building a solid long term business relationship.

IT’S A BUSINESS EXPENSE / TAX WRITE-OFF

Pac Biz can be an important part of your business operations, regardless of if you are a current client or are considering working with us. In most western countries, traveling to a vendor such as Pac Biz is a valid business expense, and in our opinion, an investment that has a high ROI. If you are planning on spending USD, CAD, GBP, Euros, or AUS, your money can go a long way here with budget accommodations at USD $20/night and nearby beach resort accommodations or at the newer hotels in the city, USD $70-$90/night. Daily budget for meals is $10-$20/day per person (and you might have a hard time spending that much).  After your work with Pac Biz is complete, there are numerous flights from Philippines to all of Asia if you want to relax after your hard work in the Philippines. Clients have gone on to visit Thailand, Japan, recently I even visited Australia before a trip to the Pac Biz office.

WORK WITH OUR TRAINING & VIDEO TEAM TO CREATE EVEN BETTER TRAINING FOR YOUR CALL CENTER AGENTS

If you’ve taken the time to come visit our office, spend some time providing some one on one training with your staff or work with our training team/video team to schedule training video(s) at no additional cost that can be used to make future agents better at servicing your calls. We have 2 full time videographers who can help make professional videos and make it worth the time you’ll spend behind the camera.

WORK REMOTELY OR CLOSE TO THE SEA

Want a break from the cold weather? Maybe you are in the UK and miss the sun? You’ll find tropically warm weather March through November and near perfect weather December through February, so almost any time you come visit, you can escape from the cold and clouds. Our office is about 1 km from the ocean, and we have scenic seaside resorts just 15-20 km  (10-12 miles) away from the office. Or island hop to Bohol or Siquijor for the white sand beach experience. Plus if you are working, we’re in an opposite time zone, so you can get work done uninterrupted as people are sleeping back in the US, Canada and the UK (sorry Australia clients, you won’t get this last benefit). If forests and jungles are more your thing, head into the mountains for waterfalls in Valencia, hot springs at Red Rocks, and pools and spas with water fed from the cold mountain rivers such as Forest Camp.
