While the industry turnover is high, the growing young population in the Philippines allows clients to easily find another worker to replace someone who has stepped down.
4. Skilled Workforce
According to the Philippine Institute for Development Studies, most employers have a preference towards employees that have finished their college education. Because of this preference, a high percentage of Filipino children place importance on finishing school from top universities and colleges to find a good job. As much of the working population has completed a degree, the workforce in the country is top notch.
