From its humble beginnings in Arizona to what it is today with its office in Dumaguete, Philippines, Pac Biz has taken pride in its success working with clients and getting the right people on board, working to solve problems for businesses all over the world. It’s not easy, setting up a successful company, and Pac Biz has done just that. For five years, it has set itself as a leading call center, helping clients with their businesses with excellent outsourcing solutions. In any case, it’s high time that Pac Biz celebrates five years of call center excellence by throwing a party.
Co-owner Eric Mulvin will be attending the party with his family to celebrate this milestone with everyone who has worked hard to achieve Pac Biz’s goals. It’s a well-deserved treat for Eric and the rest of the team, so it’s no surprise that the company is more than willing to throw a celebration for the enjoyment of everyone.
FIVE YEARS OF MILESTONES AND ACHIEVEMENTS
The company had gone through numerous milestones from its beginnings in 2015, where it started with just four agents. It finally gained its second taxi account in 2016, where it also established a strong company culture for everyone.
On September 4, 2016, it had its first team building for 23 people and in 2017, Pac Biz acquired its first UK and South African account. 2017 was also the year when the company moved to its second Dumaguete office.
The company grew to 100 employees in 2018, a true milestone for the company that started with just four people. In 2019, Pac Biz moved to its third office and attended the Transport Alliance Panel Discussion and the PHTA 2019 expo, further cementing itself as a leading taxi call center. Last January 28, 2020, Pac Biz co-owner Eric spoke at CCW 2020 in Nashville.
There are more things to come at Pac Biz in the following months and there will be more milestones to add.
2020 AND ONWARD
It’s an exciting time for Pac Biz because after all, the company and its team have grown so much in a span of five years. With that, everyone who has contributed to Pac Biz’s success is more than welcome to join the party, to celebrate how it’s grown throughout the years.
