OUR STORY
Pac Biz Outsourcing was founded on a commitment to excellence and the belief that every business deserves access to fully managed, top-tier customer support. Eric Mulvin, our founder and a minority business leader, started his journey not in a corporate boardroom but on the streets of Phoenix, Arizona with a multi-faceted transportation company, among other business ventures. Seeking to streamline his own operations, he searched for an outsourcing partner but came up empty-handed. None met his standards for quality, infrastructure, and care. So, with the grit and determination of a true entrepreneur, he launched his own call center in 2015, building Pac Biz from scratch, without the backing of investors or an influx of cash.
Eric’s journey is one of resilience. Coming from a humble background—his mother, a first-generation immigrant from the Philippines, and his father, a blue-collar worker who was forced into early retirement—Eric learned early on the value of hard work. Pac Biz is a “bootstrapped” success story that began with just a handful of employees and has grown to employ over 250 professionals today, serving clients across the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia.
Eric earned a “street MBA” through the hands-on experience of multiple businesses. He understands the specific challenges of scaling a business because he’s faced them himself. This knowledge has shaped Pac Biz into the reliable, responsive outsourcing partner that today helps some of the world’s leading companies meet their customer support needs.
