24/7 Agents and Quality Assurance Team
We have an iCabbi Taxi Agent training program, specific to the details oriented with efficiently taking calls through the iCabbie Dispatch System. Our IT team opens support tickets directly with iCabbi and the Account Managers can be SuperUsers and self manage logins if needed. The quality assurance team listens to calls through DiSC for each agent weekly and monitor Average Handle Time (AHT) for each agent.
