HOW AND WHY WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA 

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes: 

• In providing products and services to industrial customers. The Company will collect and process business contact information of individuals working for industrial customers so that we can do contracts, provide our products and services to industrial customers. 

• In working with vendors. The Company will collect and process business contact information of individuals working for vendors so that we can do contracts to vendors. 

• In generating customers for our industrial customers. The Company will collect and process personal and business contact information of individuals through websites created by the Company, banner ads, chat boxes, telephone calls, and interviews. The Company also collects personal information through filled out forms by individuals for events registration and subscription to publications. This personal information will also be shared with industrial customers as an assistance for their customer acquisition efforts. 

• In enhancing the customer experience for the benefit of industrial customers. The Company will collect and process personal and business contact information of individuals who purchase products and services from industrial customers and so with their impressions of the purchase, product and service experience. Personal information is collected through surveys, telephone calls and interviews. This personal information will also be shared with industrial customers as an assistance for their customer acquisition efforts. 

• In making our websites more useful. Each HTTP (Which is what a Web Browser generates when a request for a page or part of it from a website) request that is received. The Company automatically collects and stores the following information: 

• Date and Time. 

• Originating IP Address. 

• Preferred Browser. 

• Operating System (depending on browser). 

• Referral Page URL (depending on browser). 

• Completion Status of the object requested from the web pages visited. 

The information that the Company collects is used to measure visitors of the Company’s website, and helps the Company improve its website to be more useful to visitors. This also includes analyzing logs frequently for tracking traffic to our servers, also including number pages served, and level of demand for topics of interest in the Company’s web page. 

 

WHEN WE MAY DISCLOSE CUSTOMER PERSONAL INFORMATION? 

Third Party Service Providers 

We may disclose Customer Personal Information to certain service providers that we use to provide us with services, such as information technology services, payment processing

We may disclose some Customer Personal Information between two or more of our group companies; including companies in other countries, inside or outside the European Union, in order to ensure that we are dedicating the appropriate group resources to Customer requirements, as well as for certain of our business purposes, such as for internal record keeping, accounting and regulatory compliance. 

Corporate Transactions or Events 

We may disclose Customer Personal Information to third parties in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger, restructuring, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, including in connection with any litigation, bankruptcy, insolvency or similar proceedings. 

Legal Obligations 

There may be certain legal reasons for disclosing Customer Personal Information: 

• to enforce our terms and conditions and contracts with Customers 

• to protect our group operations and rights 

• to protect the rights and safety of our Customers and End Users

• to pursue any remedies available to us or limit damages that we may suffer 

• to respond to requests from public and governmental authorities, including public and governmental authorities outside of Customers’ countries of establishment 

• to comply with any other relevant aspects of applicable laws from time to time, including applicable laws outside of Customers’ countries of establishment, inside or outside of the European Union.

Members of Executive team has a responsibility in overseeing compliance of Pac Biz’s Privacy Policy and procedures in operations within their own areas of responsibility, thus ensuring that all business units are properly informed and oriented to meet our standards.

As standards of Pac Biz, all of its employees undergo required annual privacy training to ensure awareness and compliance with applicable laws and policies which includes Privacy Policy; we highly recognise that employees play an important role in Customer’s trust so we will always tackle these privacy awareness activities to create a Privacy culture at Pac Biz. 

 

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION 

Pac Biz will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
